Timothy O’Hara, J.D./LLM
Of Counsel 
Timothy O’Hara is of counsel with the Firestone firm. In this role, his work includes medical practice transactions, professional corporation formation, vaccine injury, and professional licensing defense cases and appeals. Mr. O’Hara brings over 28 years of administrative law experience to our firm, having made administrative law a focus area of his private practice for his entire legal career. His private practice was interrupted for 16 years while he served as an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) on the California State Board of Parole Hearings. Mr. O’Hara graduated from California State University Fresno with a Masters of Arts in Biology in 1989. He then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 1992 and a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in 1994. Mr. O’Hara is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and is an experienced Real Estate attorney. He is known for his thorough approach to transactional work and aggressive trial work.
